Happy (Early) Mother's Day + I WROTE AN OC MEME!

Since I will be out of town during the weekend, I thought it would be most convenient if I wished you guys a happy Mother's Day ahead of time. You know, moms are awesome. If you're able, go wish your mom a happy Mother's Day and do her some good turns this weekend, and if you're a mom yourself, kudos! It's your day!

And on the subject of moms, I wrote my own literate OC meme and decided to have my character, Chiemona, one of the few OCs I have that is actually a parent, answer the questions. Feel free to fill out the meme with your own character!

1. Hiya! What's your name?
Chiemona Ishild Eirwen/Dagny (Eirwen being my maiden name).
2. Nice name! Can you describe yourself to me? (height, hair and eye color, outfit, ect.)
Why, thank you.
I am taller than most women my age, being approximately 5' 11". My eyes are blue, and my hair is....was....naturally a light brown/dark blonde color, but after becoming one with my element, it became a bluish-silvery white with a permanent frost, and it's been stuck like that ever since (the frost does come in handy for keeping me cool on hot summer days, though). My hair is long, typically braided, and when I was younger, I used to weave two blue faux feathers into the first segment of the braid. Nowadays I wear something a little more comfortable and casual, like, say, some slacks and a blue or white blouse, but a few years back when I had a lot of fighting to do, I wore something like this.

May 18th, (year unknown/unsaid)
4. How about your favorite color and favorite animal?
I do adore butterflies if you count insects as animals, but if not, then I would say....pandas?
5. Describe your personality in five words. (Get it?! 'Cause we're on question number five?! Ha ha ha ha! ....I am an unfunny human being and I am ashamed of myself....)
Serious. Resilient. Stalwart. Nurturing. Tenderhearted.
6. Describe your family.
There's my mother and father, who I haven't been able to see for some time since we're so far apart nowadays. My mother was a very anxious and paranoid woman while my father was ingenious yet reclusive. As for my own family unit, there's Fox, my husband, who I'll get to in the question after the next, and my two children. Serval, my elder child, about ten years old, and my daughter, is about as curious as she is cheerful and canny. Engel, my younger child and my son, is only about three years old, so his personality hasn't quite fully developed just yet, but he's as sweet as can be, is about as cute as they come, and he loves to play with socks.
7. Your best friend, now?
I've had a bit of difficulty fully adjusting to the farming village of Finley (I was raised in a large city that focused so much more on technology instead of doing things traditionally), so truly good friends outside of acquaintances are rather scarce. Though I am on good terms with Gull, my young sister-in-law. The poor thing looks like a skeleton due to a rare health condition she has and her hair is an eternal blonde mess, but she's incredibly clever and likable by nature, and if you ever challenge her to a race or a game of tag....good luck, you'll need it.
8. Your crush/boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife if you have one? (if not, do you like jelly or maple syrup on your waffles?)
Fox is my loving husband of thirteen years. We've actually known each other for about eighteen years total, being good friends the first two years and more than that the next three years before we decided to be wed. He actually doesn't resemble his namesake much, being a big, strong man who isn't nearly as fleet-footed as his little sister, though he does have the red hair. He has a warm, compassionate, gentle heart and he's a very hard and willing worker; he helps our neighbors carry heavy objects around as well as push boulders out of the way in their fields (Finley is located right in the mountains, so, unfortunately, we have to deal with rock slides every so-often) on a regular basis. Though he considers himself a simple man, I've noticed that at times he can be sagely. He also knows how to show a lady a good time during festivities considering what a wonderful dance partner he is.
9. If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
A polar bear, probably. I just thought that my ice element combined with my "mother bear" tendencies would make that animal the most obvious choice.
10. Theme song? Why would you consider it so?
Note from the author as Chiemona never heard this song: Chiemona has two theme songs in my mind for reasons that can be described as a big fat spoiler sundae with spoilery sprinkles on top and a little spoiler cherry to boot (any comments asking me what it is will get their answer, but if you want to hear Chiemona's full story, which I might get to work on someday, do so at your own risk). For that reason, I will only post the first of her theme songs here. Even so, trying to find one was really hard.
Emipre- Of Monsters and Men: The song overall captures the scenery of the story, be it the odyssey and war or the period of time spent in Finley that could be considered "the eye of the storm"_{unintentional reference to another OMAM song is unintentional}, the perils the character must stay calm throughout, and the tune seems to have a warm yet calming sound to it that fits Chiemona very well.
11. What's your everyday life like?
Get up, spend some time with the children during the first few hours of my day, do some errands/chores/switch places with Fox and do my share of work in the fields so he can have some quality time with Serval and Engal as well, Fox makes lunch, switch back to me looking after Serval and Engal, make dinner, tuck the children in, do some exercises, go to bed myself, and read a book if I feel plagued with insomnia (typically one that is considered educational in the biology/medical or chemistry department). A simple and peaceful everyday life overall.
12. What's your biggest wish?
For the peace we live in to last forever.
13. Any talents?
I have learned to be good with the lance in combat as well as some other fighting techniques (speed, stamina, stoicism, etc.), I have received excellent grades in my college days before I moved to Epaonni and then Finley afterwards (I was studying to become a doctor before I traveled with a group of justice-bound mercenaries), Serval says I do wonderful voices when I read to her and Engal, and I have a knack with word search puzzles.
14. How do you wish people to see you?
I've never really cared that much about that sort of thing, so long as I'm not seen as a horrid barbarian.
